ADR Unlock times in the UK

Afternoon all, sorry if this information is available elsewhere but I cant seem to find anything on the subject.

Me and my girlfriend are heading To WDW on the 12th October from the UK. As such are 180 day unlock for dinner reservations is tomorrow, other sources tell me the online reservations open at 6am or 11pm over here. However.... I checked this.morning on my way to work and the 11th was available for selection at 7am UK time.. I am now hopelessly confused and dont want to miss out on the chance at hard to get ADR's.
If anyone can clear this up for me I would be greatly appreciative.

Online reservations open at 6 am Eastern Daylight Time which equates to 11 am UK time.

Thanks for that, that was my understanding but today which is the unlock for the 11th of October was available for selection at 7am UK, so 2am your time which has sent me into a bit of a panic haha.
