Does anyone know if you book for a large party(7 people) and some decide not to use that reservation if you can modify the number of people? Or do you have to make a whole new reservation? Thanks!

You should modify it if more than one person will not be attending and if you have it held with a credit card, then definitely modify it.

It all depends on your party size and how the restaurants seating is set up. You may or may not have to change your time and you may run into that restaurant being totally booked. Hopefully you won't have to change anything.

If you don't cancel the extras, you could end up paying $10/person, depending on the restaurant.

I'd call and ask them up, briefly explain the problem and see what they can do.

easier to decrease party size than increase

Based on past experience, I was able to keep the same time if I was decreasing my party size. When I was trying to increase the party size, I had to get a new time slot. Just depends on how full they anticipate the restaurant.

If you are decreasing you need to call or they will charge you for the no show
