ADR How to Question

So I woke up this morning around 4AM(No idea why) I decided I would test out the ADR on the app to see if I could score a Space Ressie at the 60 day mark, but oddly the app kept saying it was experiencing technical difficulties. Is this normal?

Reservations start at 6am eastern but Disney IT has been and still is glitchy

We had a lot of technical issues when making ADRs in September on both the app and regular website. I had to go onto my work computer and use Google Chrome but could not do it the regular way I had to bring up each restaurant’s page and then was able to select a date and time. I have family members with food allergies so pretty much eat mostly at TS and were so lucky we got every place we wanted including hard to get ones.
