Adding the Quick Service Dining Plan

Can the QS dining plan be added on upon arrival or does it need to be incuded when first booking a package?

Any of the dining plans need to be added to a package before arrival; it may need to be 3 or 5 days before you arrive; only DVC members staying on points can add the dining plan at checkin.

I think it has to be added when you have 10 days or more before your trip.
