I just made reservations, over the internet, to go in December. I am now thinking about adding the dining plan to my package. Can this be done at the resort when we get there ? Do I have to call the reservation phone number ? Can It be done at all, or did I mess up ? Thank you.

It has to be done before you arrive. I am not 100% sure on the cut off date but if I remember correctly it is around 3-5 days before arrival.

It can be done.
If you have a package, you can call and add it. I believe you have to add it at least three days before you arrive [not exactly sure on that].
If you don't have a package, you'll have to convert the reservation to a package and include DDP.

I just called yesterday to inquire about upgrading my DDP from reg. to delux, and she told me I have until 3 days before arrival to do it.
