Hi!

I am using a logitech quickcam to make simple movies. I was wondering if anybody knows of any free software, that will allow me to do fun stuff like add captions, make it go black and white - you know what i mean :animwink: stuff like adding objects maybe?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks!!! :D

Easy and Free are 2 very different sides of the spectrum. I personall use Premiere, or more frequenlly After FX to do stuff like that, both retail for over 300 dollars...I'll keep an eye out tho for a cheaper solution...

Pinnacle Studio is the easiest I've seen, but I don't know if it supports non-Pinnacle devices. It's also a little buggy.

If you have Windows XP or ME, you can use Microsoft Windows Movie Maker, that comes as part of Windows for free! :)

A good cheaper alternative to Premiere or Vegas Video, is MGI Video Wave. You can pick that up at PC World for around £30 or so.

Have fun! :)
