Adding a guest to an existing reservation

Hi everyone

We are booked at Pop Century for 2 adults, a baby and a 2.5 year old. My sister JUST decided she wants to come even though I asked her numerous times before we booked. Our reservation is in two weeks.

Would I be able to add her to our reservation? When I type in 3 adults, a toddler and baby the resort comes up as an option so I know it will fit everyone (though very tightly from what I understand). I can't find any info on whether you are allowed to add people to a reservation though. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks so much

You should be able to add her - just call them and the reservation agent can talk you through it. If you have a package (park tickets, dining plan) she will need to add the same options that you have. Good luck and have a great trip! And welcome to wdwmagic!

As mentioned above, you should be able to do that with no problem, but do it ASAP. If you're on a package, while it's inside the 45-day window, since you'll be increasing the overall cost of the package (by the extra-adult fees) they'll waive any change fee. Be prepared to pay for the increased amount over the phone.

You might have enough time to get one shipped to the resort, but she should be prepared to be stuck with a non-customized gray MagicBand.

It won't be a problem adding her to your room. Adding to ADRs might be an issue if you've already booked those.
