Adding a day to already purchased park hoppers question?

Hello all,

I recently purchased 3 three day adult park hopper passes to DisneyWorld from the ticket site Best of Orlando. We recently decided we would like to add a fourth day to our park hopper tickets. Is this possible? Where can it be done at? What would the cost be? Would Disney give us the price like we were adding a fourth day so we could get the discounted "length of stay discount" or would we have to pay for a single day admission?

Thanks in advance for any info you can provide!!

You can add days with discount if the ticket hasn't been used through Disney, iirc, but since you purchased through a third party, I'd suggest you contact them.

I thought you could get them upgraded at any Guest Relations locations at the parks, as long as there was some validity left on the ticket i.e. before you exit the park on the last day of the ticket.
Is that not correct?

If you'd asked me two years ago, I probably could have answered that with authority, but while that rings true in my memory, I'm not willing to say without contacting / confirming with Disney.

Mouse Trap, I did read that somewhere but it was vague as far as to where the tickets were purchased from. From my understanding, it can be easily upgraded if the tickets were purchased from Disney directly. But I wasn't sure since mine were purchased through a third party.

If you try to upgrade before you have started using the tickets, Disney will only credit you with what they were paid by the reseller for the ticket. Once you have entered a park using the ticket, but before you've used the last entry on it, you can upgrade the ticket the same as any Disney-sold ticket.

So, go to whatever park you want on your first day and once you're inside the park you can go to Guest Relations and add days up to a total of a ten-day ticket for what it would cost per day.

On an adult MYW ticket, the fourth day costs $20 more and each subsequent added day is $10 each.

So just to be clear...I first enter the park then go to guest relations and they can add an extra day for $20 X three?

Yes that it.

Thought I was right, but needed someone to confirm.
Though it maybe worth going to guest relations later in the day i.e. not at opening when you may miss out on shorter lines for the attractions, and guest relations is swarmed with other enquiries.

Lol, know what you mean. I had to think twice; and things do change every so often.....just to confuse us who can't cross the pond as much as we'd like.

Tell me about it. I'm still trying to get to London! Flights are so darned expensive! (I'm not in the UK) <wink>

A call to the 407 US area code doesn't cost me a dime.

Ok. Thank you all again for the replies!! We won't be arriving until around 3 PM and the first thing I want to do is get to a park. But I didn't want to waste a whole days pass on just a couple hours. $20 for a couple hours at Disney is well worth it though!!

And now if anybody can tell me how to change my new member name to the left of this post I would be doubly great full.

Yes, but you can choose a time that's more convenient for you during your trip. You can upgrade any time until the parks close on the day you've used the last available admission on the tickets.
