OK yeah i know this sounds stupid and will probly be a stupid thread but indulge me. PhotoDave and I have become addicited to Kool-Aid. I like Cherry while he is an orange man himself. Who else out there loves Kool-Aid or can find weird things to say about Kool-Aid. The only bad thing about Kool-Aid is that this juice wears tights and bashes through walls saying "O yeah". Ok Ill stop now LOL :brick:

Have you ever tried dying your hair with KoolAid? It so great because there are a variety of colors to choose from. It was just something I did back in high school.

About 13 years ago there was a flavor called Purplesaurus Rex. My 4 year old was heavily into dinosaurs, and this was a favorite. It is grape lemonade.

He still loves a package a grape mixed with a package of lemonade.

My favorite is strawberry.

A 2 qt pitcher lasts less than an hour around here.

I remember when I was a kid just eating the Kool Aid mix straight from the packet. You'd dip a finger in and just kept on licking. :slurp: I remember liking cherry and grape. Needless to say it stained your teeth, your tongue, your fingers, your face, mom's carpet. Basically everything I touched. And I remember doing that with Tang too. "What? What do you mean I have ten cavities???"

you are addicted to the sugar. Mix the small packets with Splenda or some sugar substitute it might curve the craving. But I doubt you even want to do that.

My favorite was always tropical punch. Some of my fondest childhood memories (keep in mind I'm only 17 now  ) involve me drinking Kool-Aid at my grandmothers house. She always bought the kind that had Nutra-Sweet in it, and for some reason that always tasted better. Needless to say my stomach is probably stained a different color now. Oh yea, and some of my best childhood pictures have the famous "Kool-Aid mustache."

We don't even mention the flavors around our house!

Me - "What do you wan to drink, red or purple??"
Wife - "Ooooh, purple..."
Me - "I'm finishing the red...."

We're such children....

The color change Kool-Aids are weird, especially yellow powder that become green and tastes like strawberry....

As we said around here, "It's red in disquise!!!" :D

Back in the 'day' it was Tropical Punch, Strawberry, and Pink Lemonade. Now I usually have the Crystal Lite Lemon Tea or Raspberry Tea while my kids do the Kool-Aid.

You know, the big "Kool-Aid, Juice, Pitcher Guy" really moves pretty well for a glass object filled with sugary bliss. . .

I can't believe that no one has mentioned Black Cherry as the choice of flavor. And Kool-Aid is always better after it sits overnight.

Judd, Pick any flavor of unsweetened Kool Aid & add Splenda. It tastes really good and the kids will enjoy it too...all those colors & flavors.

My mom wouldn't let us have Kool Aid when we were young, but my grandmother always had a pitcher (the Kool Aid guy) ready when we arrived. :sohappy:

I'm on the lookout for one of those pitchers, but no luck so far. :(
