Activation of FL Resident tickets

I've been going to WDW for many, many years but this is the first time I've specifically purchased FL Resident tickets.

I recently purchased a couple of 4-day FL Resident Discovery tickets, and the receipt said I would need to pick them up as will-call at a ticket booth to verify that I was buying them as a Florida resident (which makes perfect sense).

Even though I have NOT picked up the tickets yet, when I logged into MDE account, it already showed both of our tickets already linked to me and my wife as if the tickets were already active and ready to use.

When I linked the tickets to my wife and I during the on-line purchase, did MDE "see" us as FL residents so the tickets are already active and ready to use, or will I still need to go to a ticket booth at one of the parks to activate the tickets before we get in?

I guess I was just surprised to see the tickets showing up and linked to us in MDE before we picked them up at a booth, and was wondering if they are actually active to use now for park entrance (with MBs) or if we still need to visit a booth to provide ID, etc.

Thanks!

Ah, that would make sense. At least one is able to make FB plans before the day of the visit, so that's good.
Thanks for the info!
