Acting Tips?

Just kind of a random place to put this... But everyone here doesn't seem to be shy about criticism and I would like to hear some to ask how I can improve my acting skills!

I am currently playing the Genie in Aladdin. My father owns a touring educational theatre company so we travel to school between NC, SC, Florida and Louisiana producing shows. I am onstage with the kids helping. Here are some videos...

Could I possibly get any tips? About anything.. Not the kids, focused on me. We get as much as we can out of kids.

You might want to post this same thing under that musical theatre thread on the first page of Chit Chat. I bet a lot of those people would be happy to help. I would direct you to broadwayworld.com but to be honest, the people on that message board are really, really mean.
