Acne Scarring and Disney Face Characters

Hi everyone! I'm new here, so I apologize if I am posting in the wrong thread and/or this question has already been answered; I figured I would just give it a go, however...

Alright so I'm very much interested in auditioning for a face character at Disney, but I have some acne scarring and hyper-pigmentation on my cheeks/jawline. My face looks fine when I wear makeup (and you cannot tell that there is acne scarring, unless you are close to me), but it looks as if I have freckles underneath the makeup due to the scarring (and there are indentations). Does this basically exclude me from ever wanting to get a position as a Disney face character? Should I even bother going to auditions since I have acne scarring and they will automatically exclude me because I don't have "flawless skin?" It really bums me out because I feel like I could make a good character, but the scarring is definitely a setback.

Also, would they judge this based on if I wanted a role in a fur costume?

Thank you so much
