Hello, I don't know if any of you know a fix to my problem, or if I'm just doing this wrong. But when I set up my account it asked me to enter a ticket I'd, well I did this and now it thinks my name is James Walter. If I go to my tickets and passes it says I have none, even though I entered my ap number a while ago. It said my annual passe belonged to James Walter, when it was my passes ID. Anyone know what is going on and how I can fix my name? And add my pass with out it being James walter?

I figured out how to change my name but it says the date of birth is locked, and to call a number for assistance.

I'd call them. I had trouble, too, and had to call.
