I thought it was so weird when I found out he got nominated for it, because it was a Penny Marshall film and I would have never thought the Academy would give him a shot. But he did deserve it, "Big" is one of my favorite films of all-time.

Main Street, Joe vs. the Volcano(Tom Hanks could probably get nominated for anything in a weak Oscar year) was a good guess, I thought someone would have guessed "Sleepless in Seattle" too.
