About the recent crowds, and ticket and hotel discounts

And while we're discussing discounts, I also read there something very interesting. Let's say you book your trip to All-Stars starting December 20, which is Value Season (the cheapest). If your trip lats two weeks, it runs into Holiday Season (the most expensive), which starts on the 23rd, I think, right? Well, apparently you're charged by the season of your first night! Meaning that you can spend Xmas at WDW spending the least possible at the resorts! Has anybody done this/knew about it? :sohappy: :sohappy: :sohappy: :sohappy:

I booked a trip at WDW for the Comtemporary a week before Christmas until the day after - it was really inexpensive. The charges were for value season.
