last time i visited universals parks was back in october 2004.
i liked both of the parks very much!
i liked universals islands of adventure the most because it had more thrilling rides, but i still thought universal studios was great.
my favourite ride in universal studios was the mummy!
i found it a great indoor rollercoaster!
my favourite ride in universals islands of adventure was dueling dragons, it was a fantastic rollercoaster because it was jam packed with loops and twists!!!

I have tried to plan US-only trips in the past. But then I worry that I will feel like out trip is incomplete because we didn't do TOT, TT, Splash and Space. Same thing with not doing Universal. I think we will miss USO and IOA. So we end up doing a few, but longer trips. We usually do about 1/3 on site at US and 2/3 on site at Disney.

I know what you are saying, I was thinking about doing a one day trip to Disney just to ride Splash, ToT and others. However, I will go back down in July and will be doing a 10 day trip in Sep, so I am not really sweating it. I think instead of going to Disney, I will go to Sea World since I haven't been there yet. I am getting an AP from Universal so I will be planning more trips down there this year.

Seaworld definetely worth a visit. And a USF only trip will still be great, if Disney wasn't next door you wouldn't even have doubts about it! (However, coming all the way from the UK, i will always do all the parks in one trip! lol! :sohappy: )
