About becoming a Cast Member in WDW

Hi,
I was just wondering what the process is for becoming a cast member anywhere in WDW? Can anyone let me know? I would really appreciate it!

I was on the college program, but i'm sure other places is not very different.

You apply for whatever job at casting
if you get the job, you go through extensive training via 'traditions' classes and other classes depending on your job (food handling, safety, wine classes, etc)
then off you go for a tour of the park you will work in, and your new location, and before you know it you are being trained at your location.
