Able to book Wedding on next trip to Disney at Wedding Studio?

Hi.
We will, hopefully, be visting Orlando this September/October and we would love to book our wedding for the following Sept/Oct 2011. Does anyone know if we will be able to book an appointment at the wedding studio to do this? We are travelling from U.K so we need to be sure we can do this before booking any flights etc. Anyone had any experiences with this? We are planning a Wishes Wedding and we would love to look at all the locations for ceremony, reception, dessert parties etc.
Any advice is much appreciated.

When I was planning my wedding in 2008, I believe you had to call exactly a year in advance and then it was a lottery if you got that date. You also could request times, but you couldn't pick the time of your wedding. It was also lottery as to who got what times. Things may have changed now, but I agree that you should call Disney Fairytale Weddings. They will be able to tell you everything.
