I have a question about AAA tickets. Can you up grade the tickets to Water Parks and More at WDW?

Yes you can upgrade your ticket to the Water Park Fun & More option at the parks and resorts by paying the $50+tax per ticket (assuming you are within the 14 days of first use upgrade window).

If you are asking about the free Water Park Fun & More promotion AAA is doing for Florida Residents through August then no you cannot upgrade (for free) at WDW.
