Alright, I got distracted by the amazingness that is Disneyland.
Walts Tour - Tour Guide Katie was amazing. Don't want to spoil it but they let us on Peter Pan and Tiki Room. Club 33 lobby and Walts Apartment. The apartment is by far the best part.
When just walking around DL, many more characters wandering about without or with minimal handlers. Adds so much to the atmosphere. I was able to stroll around with these two before the Dapper Dans came on.
After the tour (about 6pm), we immediately beelined for Pirates, 5 min wait. Incredible.
Then, Indiana Jones, 10 min wait. That ride is insane and makes me so sad for Dinosaur.
Next was Jungle Cruise, piranhas scared the pee out of me.
And that's brings us to our magical moment. We asked two cast members if we should try for WOC or just stay and do DL fireworks...they helped us plan out whole itinerary of night shows and then offered us these VIP bench seats right in front of Partners statue in the hub for the fireworks. They told us to just come back at 9:15 and they would have our seats reserved. I was about in tears. This is what makes Disney so magical.
From about 7:30 till 9:15, we did Space Mountain, Buzz and then Star Tours. All the waits today were minimal and I was super surprised since everyone usually says they can get very long.
Then we went over to our primo fireworks seats where cast member Levi had free churros and our seats waiting for us. Are you kidding me? One day in DL has trumped all the magic of WDW.
The fireworks were amazing...the tink flight, and Dumbo?!! My mouth was agape the whole show.
Not that it needs summarizing but, today was one of the best and most magical days of my life, period.
