Is the roundhouse (the brick building positioned in front of the new train station) going to be a new bathroom facility? I seem to remember there being new bathrooms in the area, but can't seem to find those schematics.

Lee has indicated that the train station will contain restrooms. The roundhouse portion would be the most logical location.

Yes the roundhouse will have the restrooms for Circusland. And their location is also conveniently adjacent to the Casey Jr. water play area.
