Bart Simpson (now Disney owned) has probably been in more cartoon episodes than anyone else.
I'll reveal the answer later, heard it on XM Disney...kind of fun!
Well Bart has a run of 796 cartoons. Hard to see anyone beating that .

Actually, I believe the answer is Bart Simpson. XM relayed the answer on the Disney Hits as Donald Duck, but I believe that was prior to The Simpsons joining Disney. Thanks!
