A question about the small print on my Flex pay....

"Remember, per your Flexible Payment agreement, after the initial 15-month period (which includes the three months free), your Annual Pass(es) will automatically renew at the then current Annual Pass retail rate (including tax) and we will continue to charge the card you provided on a monthly basis. Each monthly payment will be 1/12 of the then current Annual Pass retail rate. If you wish to cancel your Annual Pass(es) after the initial 12-month term, you must notify the Annual Pass Team in writing thirty (30) days prior to the cancellation; however, your Annual Pass(es) will continue to be valid for the entire 15-month period."

So i will activate on april 2nd.
does this mean i have to write to someone before MARCH 2nd? ( the 11th month)
thats what i get from the above statement since it says i can use my 15 months after i cancel.

or june 2nd? ( the 14th month)

Also... WRITE??? write who???? do i need to send a letter to an address or can i just call customer service? how rigid is the "writing"?

I am planning on riding out these 15 months with universal and then when they expire, I will be getting a Disney silver pass for a year or two until my 4 year old gets a bit bigger. I definitely need to cancel these things at the correct time.

Yep, written letter. And if you do, make sure you send it certified and get a return receipt so they can't say they never got it.

glad i read.
i guess i will call guest service and find out where to address the letter lol.
