I just read about his career recently (he passed away a few years ago). Never realized just how many of the major songs he wrote for Disney. What a talented man. I can well imagine why you were so pleased to receive a nice compliment from him.

Oh, that was very nice. (I had misunderstood your initial message about receiving the compliment from Mr. Sherman; I had just assumed it must have been years ago. It hadn't dawned on me that you were referring to a recent compliment about your video, and that the compliment actually came from his son, who has the same name as the father.)
the Sherman Brothers group on facebook is well worth joining and I would recommend it to everyone interested in their music and history as there are tons of great information ,clips etc etc
