a nostalgic park

it's amazing sometimes to see how quickly disney will just up and get rid of rides or pavillions that mean so much to loyal disney fans. let's face it, half of us return to disneyworld just for those few rides and pavillions(that are still standing) because we do hold them so dear to us. it's a nostalgic part of disney only a few will remember, while a new generation see's it as another universal or six flags, we remember it as so much more. something truely magical. so i sometimes imagine how neat it would be for instead of disney to get rid of attractions completely, to have a park where they could be restored and enjoyed by generations to come.we all know that disney has the funds for it. i understand, especially with epcot, that you must move forward with the future, but at the same time not forget about the past and the amazing people(9 old men)that got us there. is it me, or does it seem like it's throwing away disney's past?
