A new theme park in Orlando?

Is it possible that we will see a new theme park built in Orlando that’s not themed from Disney or Universal? Cedar fair, six flags, herschend?

There's probably a better chance of Cedar Fair buying something like Sea World than them building a new park. Same goes for Six Flags.

Possible yes but probable no.

The market is pretty saturated.

Companies like that tend to go where there is a need for a theme park so they can be the main company in the market.
