On my Disneyland park in Brazil thread, one of my ideas was that it was to feature a new design for Goofy, who has changed relatively little in 40 years (save for his eyelashes being removed in 1999 or so). The idea is to eventually bring this design to the other parks worldwide, just as Shanghai introduced the new designs for Mickey and Minnie and spread them to the other parks, too. The main alteration is to his face, which is to look more in line with the old cartoons from whence he originated, although the rest of his body looks the same as before. Here's the basic design:
