The Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World is a great place to be. It could be SO much better in the future though. There is a lot of dead (unused) space within the park that could have more attractions in it's place. The park can still keep it's kid-friendly atmosphere but I think it is time for a groundbreaking attraction to appear soon at the Magic Kingdom. It has been eleven years since one appeared and Splash Mountain is the only real water ride in the park, maybe another water based ride could be added to bring down wait times at the Briar Patch. Or, the kingdom could jump on the thrill bandwagon and create adventures that can compete with those of Islands of Adventure and Busch Gardens. Theming is important though, Disney always has the best when it comes to original attractions with stories behind them. It is time for the Magic Kingdom to grow and evolve for the twenty-first century and become the best park in the world for everything!! What suggestions do you guys have for the future of this great park?? I love the park just how it is but when someone says that they would rather go to Islands of Adventure over The Magic Kingdom it really saddens me. The park is still the best, in my opinion.
