A lounge in the Magic Kingdom (open brainstorming)

With the opening of a new lounge in Disneyland's Tomorrowland, I thought they should do one likewise at the Magic Kingdom. It should be home to a dessert party, and it should have views of the fireworks at night.

The main challenges are where to put them and then how it should look and what to have there. That's what this thread is all about.
