A good future?

I know I want to do something with theme parks as a career but I'm not sure to go in the business side or the creative side?
I don't want to sound selfish, but that have worked at Universal for a decade and are still making around $15 an hour. Universal seems to not pay so good down the road and doesn't sound like a good long-term career choice.
So my question is, if I did the College Program and also had a Bachelor's degree from UCF in whichever respective field I decided to go into, how much (could) I make at Disney?
Any help appreciated!

You are smart to be thinking about the money. Sorry to say, the answer is not good. Your college program would at best lead to an entry level salaried position... about $15 an hour. More likely, you would have to work in the $10-15 an hour range for a couple of years.

In the meantime, you would have bills and (probably) college loans to pay. Not a winning formula!

I would say head elsewhere for a career and then come down to Disney sometime on sabattical. Just work there a few months to enjoy the experience, but then return to a better-paying job.

Better yet, just do the CP once or twice. You will leave with huge Disney knowledge plus a good resume item. And you haven't ruined your finances at a time in your life when you should begin to save and grow a career!
