A Figmental Project- Marvel Superhero Kingdom

Now that my combination Universal/Disney Resort Thread is no more, I have a new project.

I want someone to give me three reasons why a Marvel Comics park should not be WDW's fifth gate. It makes perfect sense. Marvel is huge asset that Disney hasn't even begun to tap into. A theme park featuring Spiderman, Hulk, and Iron Man would bring more crowds than a boy with wizard powers.

So, here's my idea. To create a Marvel Comics Theme Park. This park would feature a lot more thrill rides than usual... intense experiences is something you'd expect from Marvel.

I understand that there is a Marvel Theme Park in construction in Dubai.... but I don't even think construction has actually started. The project will probably never take off.

So, welcome the first official Figmental project: Marvel Superhero Kingdom. Much more to come on this project soon.

Hmm... most characters of Marvel are based in New York! I can't have a New York theme park.

So. Here's my rethinking: add DC Comics.

Have one half of the park be themed to Marvel Comics, the other side DC Comics. A huge attraction would tie in both sides of the park, having both side's most famous heroes come together to battle one big baddie.

Or, that could just be too confusing. I need some fellow Imagineer feedback.

So. Here's my rethinking: add DC Comics.

This could work very well. The least you could do is add DC Comics to Marvel Superhero Island in Universal's Islands of Adventure to become Superhero Island.

I'm aiming for a whole park here, not just an area of a park.
