So, I just got back from a trip a couple of weeks ago and there have been a few changes since I was last at WDW in 2017.
I'd be interested to know anyones thoughts on why and when these changes were made...

Space Mountain - The exit ramp is no longer a moving walkway and there is a new double back ramp just before the exit?
POTC - Now has a single load lane with a boat wreck where the 2nd boat lane used to be. Does this lower the ride capacity?
Splash - One of the rooms had turtles riding on little fountains and the water used to squirt overhead? Also, a couple of the large animatronics were not working i.e. the bear on his back with the bee hive on him?
Stitch - is now a meet and greet spot?
Despite being there in July / August many of the small retail and food outlets were closed. Is that usual for that time of year?

The FP entrance for TSMania took you BS through a completely un-themed area. I guess this is temporary but I'm suprised this is still the case as Slinky / TS area has been open for a while now. Also, there was only 1 load lane when I seem to remember there being 2 before?
