The last two nights me and my friend have sat in front of the comp for a total of 6 hours tryin to purchase Candlelight tickets. Due to Disney's troubles in handling high traffic on their web pages i was never able to purchase these tickets.

The first night i put a call into the AP hotline telling them that there was an error on pricing on their page. Also asking if they could help me get tickets.
-they responded by saying we can not help you get the tickets and we thank you for helping us with our site, but as it is stated in our disclaimer prices are always subject to chg so we can not give you that price

the second night i was able to select my tickets, put in my CC number and when i went to confirm the purchase the website kicked me off. Mind you i have two separate house hold with over 3 computers trying to purchase tickets. I left another message with disney:
- the same guy responded and told me the reason i could not purchase tickets was my fault. that it was just the "luck of the draw" and i apparently didnt get drawn. I know Disney's "stern voice cast members" have talked and seen many of them but this guy was just down rude. They were unwilling to help me in any way.

This is the second year in a row this has happened and even after helping them they respond in a rude way.
