A couple EMH questions

I'm really excited about the EMHs and we've kinda planned our days around them so we can be in the parks extra early each day. But I do have a few questions. On EMH days at MK, do they do the opening ceremony when they open for EMH or when the actual gate time is? And does anyone know for sure which lands/attractions are open during the EMH at MK? I know Adventureland isn't because I remember when I worked at PotC, doing the rope drop for Adventureland on those days and waiting there at the rope were people who had been in the park for an hour or so. I should probably know the answers to these questions and I should probably be able to find them myself, but maybe I'm just being lazy or I'm just really bad at finding these things out.

I want to say the opening welcome is done at it's usual time. But I've never gotten to MK early enough to have to wait to get in before EMH. I'm usually there 15 minutes after.

As far as what attractions are open, Disneyworld.com says Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Cinderella's Golden Carrousel, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, "it's a small world", The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Mickey's PhilharMagic, Peter Pan's Flight, Space Mountain®, Stitch's Great Escape!, Tomorrowland® Indy Speedway

I love EMH, I like the mornings the best. But, be aware that the days of EMH the parks with them get really crowed, especially during busy times. I don't know when your going, but just something to think about. We enjoyed the morning EMH the best, because in the evenings we waited long waits in all four parks. We waited longer at EMH evening for ToT than we did during the regular park hours. I'm not trying to be negative, it just wasn't what we expected, so wanted to warn you. I hope you have a great trip though!
