A computer question

Ok, I have a couple of questions for you who are better than me in cpu's.

1) What I recently thought was a virus that was damaging my booting up, very well could be but I quarantined all the infected files and It still happens. I am on Windows ME on a compaq 5008US. Anyone have any Ideas

2) I can no longer perform System Restore past todays date anymore since today.

3) I lost the Quick Restore disk that came with my computer and I want to know where I can get another one.

eh..compaq arent known for their support..but you may want to give them a call since they would know the system better than anyone here would.
