Bag Check service & Carry-on baggage

Staying at Pop in early May and traveling via Southwest so we will be having the new Bag Check service handing our checked bags. We will be arriving well before our room will be ready and my question is, when we drop our carry-ons into the "holding tank", will the carry-ons be delivered to our room with the checked bags? I guess I'm the way out was pre-covid.

I can't find anything anywhere about it.

I would expect them to be. They are tagged to your room number and as long as you let the CM who takes your carry on bags know that you have luggage also from Southwest they can be held together. The resorts have a good process of handling baggage that comes in. At times they may be delayed getting things to your room depending on how busy they are.

It's a shame that this service has not been extended to the resorts that had the service in the past. Don't know why they call it a test when they had this service in the past.
