They do. And there are other Dis fan sites that keep up to date info on what's down for refurb or planned for refurb. Some list approximate dates for how long but as we know that's never a given. Any time Im going back to WDW I always check out what's down or opening so I know exactly what I'll be missing out on.

This site keeps track of refurbs and closures!

We don’t have a daily thread about it, and frankly it would be a nightmare to keep updated. But if @John park hopper wants to start one, then good luck to him.
