Bed configuration at newly refurb BLT

Does anybody know if the downstairs couch pulls out in the newly refurbished 3BR Grand VIllas at BLT? I know theres a King in the Master, 2 queens in each room upstairs and a pull down bed in the sitting area upstairs but checking specifically for the downstairs couch.......

Also, is there a twin pulldown under the upstairs sitting room TV?

I am 100% positive there is no pulldown under the upstairs sitting area TV, and almost positive the living room sofa does not pull out to a bed. Max capacity 12 with the 4 queens, king, and double murphy.

Funny b I contacted DVC 2x and got 2 different answers.....one said it did pull out and the other said it didnt

Maybe it did before the refurb?

If the top “landing” just had a normal couch, maybe the living room one pulled out.

But it’s more likely that the CM confused the living area in a 1 or 2 bed villa with the GV.

Either way, if both couches pull out the capacity would be 14, which it isn’t.
