Test Track Wait Times Longer?

Since the update, Test Track 3.0 wait times seem to consistently be some of the highest in any of the parks. Generally 80-90 minutes for a majority of the day. I’d be curious to see data if anyone can corroborate this and what the uptick in wait times could be attributed to? Are they running less vehicles or are they timed out differently?

Unless things have changed recently then one loading bay is no longer in use, which represents a 25% drop in capacity at the loading platform, and cars get backed up at the end of the ride waiting to enter the platform. I don't think the batches sent out are planned with no gap between the last car of one batch and the first of the next (when the cars would be cycling continuously) so I do think this results in a drop of throughput, though my head hurts trying to work that out. If cars are backing up at the end with one fewer loading bay does that mean fewer people are riding or the same number??
