Little help

Hi all,
Just under 6 months until my WDW holiday. I’ve not been for 9 years myself and this will be my kids (8 and 4) first visit. Have a couple of questions since quite a lot has changed since my last visit.
1. What’s the best company to use for travel between the airport and hotel. We’ll be travelling from the UK and arriving late at night so will be eager to get to the hotel without any extra stops/delays.
2. Would genie+ be worth it given my children are unlikely to want to ride any “big” rides?

Thanks in advance

Uber/lyft might be the quickest, although I dont know if you will need a booster seat. Check out The Dibb as a UK based planning site

Genie+ is no longer in use. It's now Lightning Lane Multipass (LLMP) and Lightning Lane Single Pass (LLSP). I suggest checking out some of the wait times to see what you might be in for with the rides your kids would do. If you have a long trip planned as many from the UK do, then personally I wouldn't think either LLMP or LLSP would be necessary. But there are those who feel it's worth the cost.

Do you use FB? There are a few groups for Brits and they often have queries such as yours and people do give good recommendations. (Not wanting to take you away from this site specifically)

1. I think it’s Uber that offers a car seat option for your youngest, although I don’t know what the law is in Florida for the 8 year old.

Or there are private car hire firms that could provide them.

2.
Many child-friendly rides have long wait times, so buying the MultiPass LL option for a few days would be useful.
Personally in your position I’d think about MK on 2 days or 3, Epcot on 1 or 2, DHS on 1 or 2 and maybe 1 at AK.

Now that will raise eyebrows and provoke some scorn on here! But there’s a reason for my suggestions.
If your family are not used to waiting in line for theme park rides, then having 3 pre-booked ride times makes for piece of mind, especially if you don’t know how long your kids will last in the parks.
At AK, the Safari and Naavi River Journey can have longish lines. At DHS, you have 3 Toy Story rides, the Millenium Falcon, Runaway Train plus the shows. At Epcot, Ratatouille, Frozen and Test Track are all tier 1s so you can only prebook one each day. Getting another depends on being lucky at “drop times” through the day.

Plan out what you think you’ll be any to ride and check out wait times. Both Thrill Data and Touring Plans have hour by hour wait time data, whilst there is a thread on here (in the News & Rumors section) that shows Max, Min and Avg wait times.

There are 5 rides that have single pass LLs, of which you can book 2 per day.
Currently those are:
Tron and 7 Dwarves Mine Train in MK,
Guardians of the Galaxy in Epcot
Rise of the Resistance in DHS
Flight of Passage in AK
