2nd Stockholder proposal: Election of Board of Directors should be proportional so that directors with a minority vote can still be on the board. Just like partisan elections in Congress. What can go wrong?!

Josh: People do love franchises, but, we have teams developing new original stories (e.g., Hoppers). But we do take what's popular whether a franchise or a new original story, and transport them into other venues, like a park attraction.

Josh: Tech was always part of TWDC. We're using it as a tool for the people who are innovating.

Josh: We're always looking at GSAT. And WRT cost, we try to have some bargains. And need to balance attendance.

Josh: My experience with Experiences, is that investment there leads to more growth. We are looking to investors with dividends and buybacks. We're buying back $7B this year (twice that of last year). Within related industries, we're doing very well.

Josh: We want to be hospitable to those with disabilities. We've consulted with professionals to determine the right level of support with a variety of options. We talk to those families directly about their needs.

this answer honestly frustrated me, he talks about how much he grew up on wonderful world of color but only a handful of episodes, if that, are on disney+
hopefully he can get the ball rolling on that though

Q: Why are DL's and WDW's LLs differently run?
Josh: the two resorts operate in different ways. E.g., at WDW there's more parks and people do more planning. But at DL, the two parks are compact and next to each other. We continue to look at it.
