First time Disney - park hopper in 1 day (12/26/2025); plan feasible?

By no means are we trying to see everything (me and spouse). Actually, we wanted to do Epic Universal but had to pivot to Disney when the only options at the time were 3-day tickets. Of course, Epic has since released 1-day tickets but that does us no good to cancel all of our plans now and lose out on money.

We are not staying on site, so immediately at 7 AM this morning I made MP and LL selections, and still holding out hope for Tron LL.

Please let me know feasibility of this plan... whether travel is possible, etc...

*We have a scheduled rideshare and will be at the park by 8 AM. By 9 AM, we will already be ready to be let into the park and can make our way straight to Slinky Dog Dash.

Slinky Dog Dash (Booked - Lightning Lane Multi Pass)
Redeem Between: 8:45 AM - 9:45 AM
Alien Swirling Saucers (Booked - Lightning Lane Multi Pass)
Redeem Between: 10:40 AM - 11:40 AM
*Really shocked at this btw, Alien Swirling Saucers was going to be the burner to use to shift around all other plans, but it has not budged much and just shifted from 11 AM to 10:40 AM availability. Did not matter in the end as I wanted Slinky Dog Dash and was able to drop Rock n' Roller Coaster for it somehow.
*We will walk from Hollywood Studios to EPCOT

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind (Booked - Lightning Lane Single Pass)
Redeem Between: 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM

*I like the timeslot we have between Alien Swirling Saucers and Guardians as we want to enjoy the country pavilions and probably eat and drink lightly in this time (dinner reservation later).
*Seemingly a 45-minute walk between Guardians and Tower of Terror, however..

The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror (Booked - Lightning Lane Multi Pass)
Redeem Between: 5:20 PM - 6:20 PM

*May have to scrap and leave line if it means we cannot make dinner reservation
Be Our Guest Dinner
7:20 PM Reservation

Where I draw my concern is the potential wait time at Guardians even with LL, we will redeem and be in line right at 3:30 PM, but how long potentially will we be waiting in line? If I assume the worst and say 1 hr even with LL, we get on our way around 4:45 PM - 5:00 PM to book it back on foot to Hollywood studios to get as close to our 5:20 check in for Tower of Terror as we can. If I assume the worst for the line for Tower of Terror even with LL, let's say we do not get out of ride until 6:30 PM. How can we make it to our dinner reservation in time? I guess I was trying to do it for free, but ordering a Minnie Van from Hollywood Studios after Tower of Terror to get to Magic Kingdom for dinner is probably best and would ensure we cannot possibly miss our dinner reservation, right?

Bonus: Still trying to get a Tron LL for after dinner anywhere from 8:30-10:30 PM window. Any chance this becomes available? I guess we could always just go up to the regular line after dinner and wait 60-90 minutes or so and still be able to ride it? Otherwise, we have on our agenda everything we really want to do.

The parks are still going to be very crowded. LL's saves time but the LL lines and waits are still going to be fairly long. When DS and I did LL for GoG ( 3 times on different park visits ) we still waited through the slow moving line each time for about 45 min.
A.S.S IMHO isn't worth a LL usage.
Not confident that a LL for Tron will be possible. The wait will be horrendous.
The Minnie vans are well run and that will get you to your destination I believe on time for the reservation at BoG. Having an ADR still doesn't mean you will be seated then. But if by chance you are running late you can contact them and let them know you are in the van and on your way with an approx. arrival time.

I agree, that if everything goes to plan you should be okay. It’s a lot of back and forth, but maybe you can move up the tower time day of. Any reason you aren’t doing that before heading to Epcot? If it was possible to be done at MGM before heading to Epcot, that would be better. If you don’t see an earlier tower time, you could try splitting your group and seeing if there are spots for 1. I’m seeing an 11:15 LL return time for Tower tomorrow, but it might just be for 1. If you can snag that, that’s what I would do, even just for one of you and ask for help on chat. Sometimes they can help line things up.

My suggestion is why not do tower of terror after Slinky? Just wait in the standby line. That way you have much more time in Epcot. And much easier to get to MK for dinner.
As soon as you tap in for Slinky you can book any available LLs for Epcot &/or MK.
