Question about bounce back offers

A bounce back is not a blanket offer - it is limited in scope to specific dates and resorts with many exclusions. Below is the current offer for 2025-2026. Note that while 2025 includes December, 2026 does not.
You said you want to go at the end of 2027. Bounce back dates have not been announced for 2027 and it is always possible Disney won’t offer that promotion then (bounce backs were MIA for a few pandemic years.) I do know that if you want to change dates with a bounce back, your new dates must fall within the promotion period and there is no guarantee that the resort and room type booked will be available for the new dates.

That doc looks older because December 2026 is currently available for me with the “Save on your next stay” promo. Ill just book it and see what happens later on when I move it

Disney isn't going to keep any offer open forever. They often change/ limit promotions and details depending on how badly they want to drive guests in and how they are looking financially. Everything is numbers driven so projecting out to 2027 is too far out to see what they want to do, so you are not going to be allowed to keep pushing your dates further and further.
