Let's say that you have one single day in the Orlando area, and you can only go to one of these two parks. Which would you pick?
Both parks have fun rides, but are very centered around the vibes and ambiance. Both parks also have great restaurants and dining options. Both parks are great to walk around in and take in the sights.

Rank the rides from both parks combined from best to worst.

Animal Kingdom:
Avatar Flight of Passage
DINOSAUR
Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain
Kali River Rapids
Kilimanjaro Safaris
Na'vi River Journey
Wildlife Express Train

EPCOT:
Frozen Ever After
Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind
Journey Into Imagination with Figment
Living With The Land
Mission: SPACE
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure
The Seas With Nemo & Friends
Soarin' Around the World
Spaceship Earth
Test Track

Which park is superior, has better rides, more fun, etc? Which is the better park? Discuss.

At this point in time EP is the better park. We'll shall see what comes of the new build at AK.
Ep dining far surpasses what is found at AK. It increases by the food and drink kiosks that pop up for the events. I have to include the Pavillions that add to the park experience.
EP attractions:
GotG
MS
TT
Soarin
Remy
SE
Figment
3 Caballeros
The Seas
Living w/ the Land
Frozen

AK attractions:
FoP
EE
Dino
Safari
Kali
Wildlife Train
Navi

When are you going ? The festivals really add to the Epcot experience. As previously mentioned both have good dinning and some fun rides. If you are going for one day and want to make sure you can go on everything the premier pass might make sense even though the cost is high. $178 AK , $250 EP. Or definitely get the single rider for guardians or FOP at AK. My wife and I love Epcot the best of all the parks but we like to walk around, people watch , have some food and drinks. Maybe a ride or 2. Ak outside of FOP, safari and Everest the other attractions are ehh. The rapid ride gets you absolutely soaked. We love the animals and to walk around but it’s always so hot there and crowded. Epcot for me

AK is my favorite park but I don't mind just wandering around looking at animals. Rides wise, yes, it's horrible for both parks.

was just there this past sunday and monday. Did Epcot on sunday and the candlelight processional with Henry WInkler. that show was packed! I will say during the day the park was not as done up for Christmas as in the past. Yes they had the Tree and decor here and there but it felt like something was missing. couldn't put my finger on it. Did Hollywood studios monday morning, there was really no on there and got on ROTR in 35 min around 1115am. I will say that HS was done up for the holiday and they had the music going, it was very festive. AK in the afternoon, no one was there, wasnt enough people to fill our bus on the safari, walked on everest and did the new Zootopia (was a nice experience). AK is just not my favorite and it will be a lot better after the new area is built but i think its really just one new ride and a refurb of Dinosaur. they still need a couple more rides there (not necessarily thrill rides) to round out the park. Epcot is still my favorite, Festival of the Arts next in Jan

Epcot and it’s not even close.

Sure the park is kind of a mess right now, but much of what made the park great is still there…
And then you look at animal kingdom. Sure it’s a pretty park, but it has what - 5 or 6 rides TOTAL? It’s still a half day park.

Agreed. AK just doesn’t have that feel to it. And I’m happy to spend about 3hrs there and move on. Epcot you can be there all day if you want and plenty of places to eat and people watch plus the rides. Only think I don’t like is the Moana water walk. Let’s get Epcot up to speed again.
Sorry to go off topic and if there is another thread I’ll jump to it but what’s going on with the old horizons building and body wars ?

Even after the recent destruction of EPCOT was completed, I still voted for EPCOT.

AK is great for the low crowds, nature, animals, but I really enjoy EPCOT, if I skip the ugly planter and broken ground lighting.

In EPCOT, I still enjoy the world showcase and attractions, especially the classics like the Land and SSE. I still enjoy the almost year round food booths although now I can only afford a few overpriced samples; I must be selective, as the price increases greatly outpaced my income.
