Maybe I’m blissfully ignorant, but I assume running the world’s largest, busiest theme park wouldn’t leave you much time for things like this. But I guess when money is involved, you find time.
The Board of Trustees for a university normally includes several members who are currently high level executives for large businesses. It isn't a huge time commitment but it requires some of the same skills as running a business.

Indeed, the CEOs of some of the biggest and most successful and "busy" corporations sit on several boards.

Maybe this is all about recruiting more college interns!!!

UCF in particular also usually grabs Disney execs (and some Uni, but rarely Sea World/United Parks or elsewhere) for program and college specific advisory boards as well.

Olivia "Branch" Rodrigo...

Expect them to announce a new "cooperative education" program in the Hospitality School where UCF Hospitality majors get free admission to WDW.*

* They only have to work 10 hours a week in Disney resort "hospitality" positions...

Most of them already do... Aspire is a huge draw. And used to be for the masters degrees too, before they gutted that. I'd estimate some 75-80% of my classmates were CMs (and not just front line, one or two GEMs and other professionals).
