Solo Trip

I need some advice on my upcoming 4-day Disney vacation at Disney World. I will be staying at Pop Century from October 28th to 31st. I have a 4-day park hopper pass—a ticket to MNSSP on Oct. 30th. I will be going solo for the 1st time. I want to ride and do everything. This is my 7th trip, but there are many rides I haven’t done, and I want to complete them all. I will be purchasing the Premier pass for Magic Kingdom. I’m not sure about Hollywood Studios and Epcot, would like to just do the multipass. Here is my itinerary. Please give me any suggestions. I can switch the parks on Day 1 and Day 2. I want to see the Starlight Parade which can only be seen on the Day 2 of my trip, and I want to see Fantasmic. I am not doing any sit down dining at this time. Might add something in Magic Kingdom on Day 3, if I feel like I need to.

Day. 1

Arrive at MCO at 8:50am

Mears to Pop Century

Drop off luggage and head to Hollywood Studios.

Multi-pass LL with afternoon return times.

Fanstamic

Just grab food at quick services.

Or I could do

Head to Epcot from Pop with a Premier pass

Go to Hollywood Studios in time for Fanstamic.

Day 2

Epcot- Rope Drop with Multi pass or Premier pass

Or

Hollywood Studios with Multipass

then

Head to Magic Kingdom in time for

Starlight Parade

Happily Ever After

Day 3-

All day at Magic Kingdom

Premier Pass

Halloween Party

Day 4

Rope Drop Animal Kingdom

Mears or Uber depending on time.

Head to airport for 6pm flight home.

First of all going solo will save you lots of time to begin with. You get up as early as you want and stay in the parks as late as you want. You don't have to wait on others having to do bathroom breaks or decide on what others may want to do for shopping or do things you want to skip. Single rider lines are available to you. You can go at your own pace and speed and not be held up by others. You are saving time by not doing TS dining which eats up a lot of time at table. You should have no problem doing every attraction you want to do and do them multiple times.
I don't see any problem with the schedule you have. Having PH passes gives you the freedom to switch things up if you encounter crowded conditions ( But its being reported that crowds are the lowest since Covid ended and Dis first reopened)
On Day 3 I might say to do AK in the AM which can feasibly be done without being there all day, because the MNSSHP gives you plenty of time in MK and then revisit EP, MK or DHS again on your last day. I always do MK last.
Having done WDW 7 times you aren't a newbie who isn't familiar with the parks or how to get around. That also gives you more time because you aren't making mistakes or wasting time trying to decide how to navigate around. Going solo everything is in your favor to do the parks any way you see best suiting you. Have a wonderful time.

I did a solo trip in the summer (Epcot and resort hopping only) and I was shocked at how much I could get done, but also how unprepared I was. I've done WDW plenty of times and had things well planned out based on how I'm used to going with my kids. I bought a multipass which I wasted on Remy, not realizing they had a single rider line.

So there is my first bit of advice. Think differently and know the single rider lines.

I had no idea how much I would accomplish or how much walking I would do. I only had to stop for MY restroom breaks, which meant by late afternoon my body figured out that it didn't get the usual six or seven five to ten minute sitting breaks it usually gets. Next time I might slow down a bit, have a drink or extra snack and try something new. Sounds like you plan on trying new things.

There is my second bit of advice. 'Smell the coffee' - i.e. plan some time to refresh, at least on the last couple of days. Maybe hold the least favorite rides you've done 6 times till the end in case you run out of steam.
