I'm sure Disney's CHAIRman of the Board personally approved this.

Amen!
I always enjoyed the French Waiter act, and really all the Epcot live entertainment over the years has added something to WS. Even the short-lived Italian flag corps felt very "Epcot-y " to me.
That was “Jack Diamond” - he was a member of the citizens of Hollywood and also performed at the saloon back in the day.Now that I think about it, I saw a magician doing a busking act along Sunset Boulevard in DHS at one point.

DHS has no live street entertainment other than the green army men drummers. How a Disney world theme park gets away with that - I don’t know.
It is but we should remember that this isn't a new thing, this is just stuff finally returning after they fired everyone during covid. So bringing it back deserves maybe a tiny bit of praise, but ultimately there is no reason this should've taken so long to reinstate - it's not exactly an expensive thing to have. Heck you could have permanent live entertaining performers at every pavilion around the world showcase and the cost would still be a rounding error.Great to see WDW continue to invest in entertainment, especially non IP entertainment, considering how bad the situation has been at DLR recently

ah yes! “Bucky Greenhorn!” - he wasn’t on the streets of Hollywood long until an agent found him and got him a gig at a Pioneer Hall!

I’m pretty sure he’s still there at Hoop Dee Doo.
