well...before someone else calls me out....I was wrong with part of #2 😬 😭
Once they decide to take out all the trees (😢) it will look a lot different and will seem like a huge amount of progress -- I can imagine that happening in the next few weeks. Hopefully they mill all the trees into lumber for use in Piston Peak, that would be at least respectful.

also of note - the railroad swing bridge is still in place - maybe it will stay? Obviously won’t be necessary anymore but a neat piece of actual railroad and theme park history.

You did look at the updated conceptual rendition ? There's significantly more illustrated water areas than the previous version.
