Do we know what happened to the Tapestry of Nations puppets?

I've been fascinated with the millennium celebration for the last few years now (as you can tell by my name), and I've always wondered - do we know the ultimate fate of any of the Tapestry of Nations puppets? I vaguely recall seeing a Disk Man and maybe Hammered Man on display in photos from an EPCOT40 cast event a few years ago, but beyond that, does anyone know? How many of each puppet existed in the first place? I have about a million logistical questions about this parade. Truly one of the most interesting time periods in WDW history, in my opinion.

Nice pins!
Walt Disney World celebrated the new millennium with a Super Bowl XXXIV halftime that utilized the Tapestry of Nations puppets.A few of the puppets were saved and placed in the archives. You might enjoy the music....

This was before festival food booths...LOL

That halftime show is where my profile photo comes from! Such a spectacle. Thanks for the reply!

There's a very interesting story I was once told about Christina Aguilera during the rehearsal for this show.. One I cannot tell in polite company haha. This was Disney's (and Walt Disney Entertainment's) final halftime show (and major outside production really), and the quality shows. I wish they would have done more (maybe the Olympic opening/closing ceremonies in 2028, IF NBC can put aside their rivalry), but there's politics involved unfortunately.

Better than the show where they brought in an orchestra composed entirely of children and then used the Royal Philharmonic to dub over them (a recording of which played during the show itself, with the children's microhpones muted without their knowledge)...

You must be mistaken, we're not polite company!
