Birthday celebration

Hello everyone, I’m celebrating a milestone adult birthday (solo) at Disney World in a few years. I love to plan ahead and I’m trying to figure out what one really special thing I want to do while I’m there. Here are a list of options I have below. What would you choose from the list, or potentially choose instead? (As a side note, I probably won’t do a tour because they’re either too expensive, or there isn’t one I would really like to do)

• MK dessert party (probably the pre-party then do the 11pm parade)
• GEO-82 fireworks viewing
• Breakfast at Topolino’s
• Breakfast at Ohana
• 1900 Park Fare
• Storybook Dining at Artist Point
• Lunch at Garden

Wellll...None of them excite me for a milestone B-day celebration. You say you won't be doing this for several years so I'd suggest putting aside some money each month and save up for something more grand. But of your choices you've given I'd go for either Topolinos or 1900 Park Fare.
My reasons are...
Dessert party.. Not really worth the money or that special
Fireworks.. Doesn't get you anything really spectacular
Ohana... Has slipped quite a bit in quality
Artist Point.... More costly than 1900 and food lacking in comparison
Garden... Lesser character interaction than Topolinos and 1900 and also food lacking in comparison

Both Topolinos and 1900 are high on my list of to dos and worth the cost and entertainment. Decide on each character selections and food options to decide which of the two would make your B-day special to you.

Even though it is a milestone birthday, even just a nice lunch/dinner would be great for me. As a solo traveler and just personally, I try not to splurge too much. I’ll also be doing a day at Epcot (for F&G) and a half day at Animal Kingdom. Also trying to decide if I want to do a day at Epic Universe. MK won’t be my only day at Disney, so I don’t feel I have to go overboard to celebrate. I appreciate your opinions though! I have heard nothing but great things about Topolino’s.
